Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GPT Image Generator, an AI-powered image generation service. By accessing or using our website at gptimagegenerator.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

GPT Image Generator provides users with AI-powered image generation capabilities. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access our image generation services, you must create an account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. User Responsibilities: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Subscription and Payment

  1. Pricing: Our service is available on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers. Current pricing is available on our website.

  2. Payment Terms:

    • GPT Image Generator provides certain portions of our service on a subscription basis ("Subscription").
    • We will charge you in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"), either monthly or yearly depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
    • At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
    • You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].
    • To process your Subscription payments, a valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required.
    • You must provide us with accurate, complete billing information including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.
    • By submitting such payment information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any payment instruments you provide.
    • If automatic billing fails for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually pay the full amount corresponding to the billing period as shown on the invoice.

  3. Free Trial:

    • We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited time ("Free Trial").
    • If you enter billing information when registering for a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired.
    • On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

  4. Fee Changes:

    • We reserve the right to modify our Subscription fees at any time without notice.
    • Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
    • Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

  5. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
      • No credits from the subscription plan have been used
      • The refund request is submitted within three (3) days of the subscription date
    • Refunds are not processed automatically. To request a refund, you must contact us within three (3) days of your subscription date.
    • By default, account cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing period.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for any usage beyond our 3-day refund policy.
    • Please note that refunds are not available if you have used your account during the same calendar month as your refund request, unless the account is within the 3-day refund guarantee period.
    • To avoid any future subscription charges, we strongly recommend canceling your account immediately.
    • Please note that refunds only apply to your current subscription. We do not refund fees from previous months or any additional charges incurred on your account.

  6. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Generated Content:

    • While you retain rights to use the images you generate through our service, GPT Image Generator maintains a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such images for service improvement and promotional purposes.
    • We do not claim ownership of the prompts you provide to generate images.

  2. Service Content: The GPT Image Generator platform, including its software, design, and features, is owned by GPT Image Generator and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using GPT Image Generator:

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The images generated by our service are created by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfect or meet your exact expectations. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, uniqueness, or suitability of the generated images for any particular purpose.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using GPT Image Generator, you consent to such data collection and processing.

Advertisements
